- Execute all laser hair removal treatments adhering to Milan Laser’s established protocols and procedures.
- Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and offer recommendations for pre and post-treatment care.
- Work independently with clients to help them achieve their desired medical or aesthetic hair removal goals.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to collectively attain company objectives.
- Foster a friendly and comfortable environment by delivering exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in patients’ Electronic Medical Records (EMR) using a tablet device.
- Ensure a professionally clean work environment, including preparing the treatment room between patients.
- Perform cleaning and minor maintenance on the laser equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists/Practitioners and Medical Management Specialists as necessary for patient treatment plans.

- Active and unrestricted LPN license
- Potential requirement for out-of-state travel for training purposes
- Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care
- Availability to work 38-40 hours weekly, which may include rotating Saturdays and evenings
- Proficiency in both verbal and written communication
- Capability to handle highly confidential information responsibly
- Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 9 hours per day
- Capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in visual assessment of clients’ skin and utilization of visual abilities while operating the laser
- Proficiency in operating a laser and office machinery including computers, requiring the use of hands, fingers, and arms
