Business and Integration Architecture Specialist

Accenture LLP is seeking talented individuals for the role of Business and Integration Architecture Specialist in New York, NY. The responsibilities for this position encompass:

• Understanding and managing data integrations across point-to-point systems and comprehensive interchange services to ensure robust data quality and reliable digital information exchanges.
• Evaluating and resolving intricate business challenges related to integrating Workday cloud applications with external systems, focusing on various areas within Human Capital Management and Financial functions.
• Developing, constructing, and overseeing testing of Workday integration codebase, which includes Studio, EIB, and supporting third-party coding.
• Collaborating with clients and external stakeholders to devise technical solutions that align with business processes.
• Aligning closely with client leadership’s strategic direction while defining project objectives within the Workday framework.
• Partnering with client counterparts to achieve shared goals, engaging in both design and implementation phases.
• Proactively identifying potential risks for escalation and proposing alternative technical and functional approaches for resolution.
• Contributing to decision-making processes and exercising autonomy in determining methodologies and procedures for new assignments.

This role involves driving effective integration strategies for Workday applications while collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to achieve seamless business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 3 years of IT experience. Alternatively, an employer will consider an additional 2 years of IT experience in place of a bachelor’s degree.
• years 3 of experience in each of the following areas/
• Conducting business and root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues impacting systems and users.
• Collecting business requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into solution designs.
• Executing integration solutions through design, implementation, and testing phases.
• year 1 of experience in each of the following/
• Executing Workday integrations and Workday integration implementations.
• Utilizing contemporary integration technologies like EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, and middleware for system connections, data transmission, and process automation.

Preparedness and ability to travel domestically, potentially up to 80% of the time, to meet client requirements.
